Strategies used to ensure accurate health information and requirements from parents and families is used to inform the care learning and development of their children e.g. information on food allergies, allergic reactions, chronic illness and use of medication.

I am not sure if i am on the right lines but so far i have i written about the forms i use in my setting to record children's health. But i was wondering is there anything that i am missing? Really not sure, any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Yes you are on the right track, that is how i would gather all relevant info on a child's health etc. this info would then be shared with the child's one to one
