Have a look at the ofsted website for information on K011 and also in the EYFS statuory framework. The question is all about our standards and mandatory policies e.g. safeguarding, equality of opportunity etc.
hope this helps.

Thank you I will start with the EYFS document and work from there. I have been a bit muddled with this one trying to remember that this unit is Develop and implement operational plans for your area of responsibility, but now I can make a start. Thank you again

Hi Emma J

I was just wondering if you have completed the compulsory units?

Hi Butterflyflluttefly,

Yes I think I have completed the four compulsory units but have not had any feedback from my assessor yet. My optional units are 409, 410, 413, 418 and 333 which I think there are only bits left to do but not sure. My assessor has only visited twice and she is quite hard to reach. There is no level 3 or 4 available to do on the island as numbers for the course are so low. I am the only person studying level 4 so no one to bounce things off either. Never mind I was so happy to find this site.

If you have already done these Units you can refer to units which have the same or similar question e.g this question
413 K011 legal, regulatory and ethical requirements affecting your work with children and families in your home country. Please help.

Should have been covered in Unit 402, 418

Hi Butterflyflluterby
Thats the problem I have been having I seem to be repeating myself all the time and when I do get hold of my assessor she just tells to write it again in a different context. Which is why I keep questioning my answers. I'm not getting a lot of feedback.
Thank you for helping and reassuring me. Emma

i have just returned back to work after 9 months maternity leave. trying so hard to get back into my nvq, whilst juggling work and 2 kids. i've been given unit 413 and don't really know where to start or what to develop. any ideas to get me off the starting block would be great!
