402 - Manual handling regualtions ?

Hello out there
Im struggling through 402 at the moment and wondered if anyone can put me on the right track with;
K4P778
Regulations covering manual handling and the risks associated with lifting and carrying children. The steps employers and senior colleagues in the setting or service need to take to protect themselves and other colleagues..
