SOS Lead the support for children's creativity

Need help starting it off PC 1-22 support the development of systems to assess children creativity.
Use observation and feedback from reliable sources including the child , the family and key people to facilitate the assessment of children's creativity.
Promote active participation of children, their families and key people when undertaking assessment .
Promote a child centred approach in assessment of children's creative development.
Support others to identify and respond to children who require additional support.
Support others to refer concerns promptly to the appropriate agency or professional.
Work with others to effectively reflect on practice by modelling reflective skills .
Support the planning and development of programmes and activities that support children's creative development.
Support key people and others to recognize the variety of ways in which children may express their creativity.
Collaborate with others to ensure a rich safe and supportive learning environment,that encourages children creative expression.
Facilities and support displays of children's work that supports and extend their self esteem.
Promote the use of all opportunities for children to be explore and innovative.
Help others to demonstrate high expectations of communication to children.
Encourage sensitive and responsive interventions to support learning.
Promote equal access and participate in programmes and activities that support creativity.
Support system and procedures to monitor and evaluate the development of children's creativity.
Facilities the development of systems and procedures to evaluate provision to support children's creative development.
Use examples of current best practice and curriculum and assessment framework, to design and implement appropriate systems and procedures that monitor and evaluate the development of children's creativity.
Work with others to evaluate the provision apporpriateness to the children's abilities ,needs and preferences.
Identify issues for improvement and plan for continuous development and improvement.
Support the identification and prompt referral of concerns to the the appropriate agency or professional.
I know that's a lot really need help how to right it down as reflective accounts for my assessor coming out to see me do an activity with children to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
