SOS Understanding equality, diversity and inclusion.

1. What are the advantages of working with a diverse group of people?
-

2. What are the advantages of having a diverse group of children or young people?
-

3. Explain WHY you think it is important to support the rights of ALL children to participate and have equality of access to learning and school environments?
- So the children don't feel singled out and left out. Every child, no matter on their background/religion/disability etc.. deserves the right to learning and accessing all of the school environment.

4. Why is it important to promote cultural diversity when you work with children? What are the benefits of working this way?
- So the children grow up knowing about different cultures and how they differ. This could help when they come to going to college, university or even getting a job.

It's SO hard to word my answers to these questions. Are 3) and 4) okay how I've answered them? If so, how can I answer 1 and 2?

Thanks :-)
S x
