Has anyone had to write about this??

3)The models and theories of professional supervision and how this links to the management cycle.

its everywhere. you need to do some reading, reading not surfing.
there are some excellent books all ready available in libraries and amazon all my learners find them easily.
janet moyles book is excellent as are the advanced ey s textbooks by byers and daly.
jenny lindens book on ey management and theory is very good and reflective practice in ey is the standard text

you won't find it as a stand alone answer you need to read.

I'm looking at professional supervision too at the moment. I am stuck on this bit though,
analyse how the requirements of legislation, codes of practice, policies and procedures impact on professional supervision.
I feel everything I read doesn't relate.
