Default CYPW CU1520 Task 4.2

Hi there!
Can anyone please help??
I am seriously about to consider throwing my computer and books though the window!!
The question reads :
Looking at the child's development holistically, evaluate the information looking at the following:

Giving two examples for positive and one negative discuss how institutions, agencies and other services can affect children and young people's development.

I have had no problem with the positives but I really am drawing a blank on the negative.
Could anyone please point me in the right direction???

Thanks
