hi all I've hit a stumbling block I'm stuck on a question its in 2 parts.

Explain how you would support children and young people to make personal choices and experiences that have a positive impact on their lives.

2nd part:Outline the five main areas from ECM, and give examples of how you would support them according to their age, needs and abilities.

Any help would be great just need to get of the block i know the five main areas, but heads blank lol Thanx in advance x
