Help SOS 'Next Steps For Supporting' In Children's Learning Journal's

Hi, I'm getting in a tizzy over the 'Next steps for supporting' in my children's learning journal's. I've got scissor control, number recognition, toileting, pencil control and listening but I was just wondering if anyone had any other suggestions they could throw my way as my mind has gone blank. Thankyou.

those aren't next steps they are stages of development
next steps should be lovely and simple

say you you have observed a child playing with the water and pouring out from a bucket into the tray constantly, the next step could be setting up a funnel and encouraging them to pour into the funnel, or from a smaller receptacle to another small receptacle.

the next step is tiny NOT a whole learning stage keep it simple
