I have just started my course and I ordered my books on line and they haven't arrived yet but I'm trying to crack on with the course while I have the week off work can anyone help me with SHC31-2 part 1 to 4 pretty please ????

how about you do some reading or air for your books then you will know what to do. reading id the most important though i sure you know how to google!

as i said my books haven't arrived yet hopefully will get them in next couple of days and did try and google it but couldn't find what i was looking for but thanks for nothing
