Hi,
It took me many interviews to get my TA job but my persistence won
I don't know if any one will agree with me but many ( but not all) schools like to know who they are going to employ - such as volunteers, parents for TA positions. (again that's just my opinion, but if you are also volunteering with them that will be beneficial)
You said you had great feedback and they want you to apply, that sounds good to me. It is mandatory for any job that there should be interviews (even if they know who they want). But saying that having already been through that process, the questions they are going to ask should be fairly similar.
My advice is to do what you did last time, as the feedback you got was good. Think over the questions they will ask, such as why do you think you'll be good for the role, what you know about safeguarding, promoting welfare and education, inclusion etc. Most importantly believe in yourself and it will come across to them that they will want you a part of their team
Let us know how the interview goes. I am sure you will do brilliantly!
