Hi, welcome to the site, Unit 51 is city & guilds classification for shc 31 which you'll find many threads to help, if you use the search page enter keywords or phrases from the assessment criteria & they'll be returned for you. xx

This is the shc 31 unit which has additional information that you may find useful.

Are you able to check with assessor about the outcomes 3 & 4 as there might be plans in place to visit once you've settled in at your placement, had the chance to familiarise yourself with the policies & procedures and so can be observed in practice.

A level 3 handbook will also support you, use the unit titles as a guide to finding information rather than unit numbers.
