What unit is this? I have something in CYP core 3.3 6.2 analyse the importance of resilience in children.

Is this the one?

I first explained what resilience is - the ability to cope with problems and set backs. Some people cope well in difficult situations, some seem to fall apart. etc etc, If you search WHAT IS RESILIENCE you will get some info.

Children need to be shown how to cope, adapt, accept. Things can work well, and things go wrong, such is life and all that.
Some people have a poor attitude to things, like nothing ever goes right, or why is it always me. Some people just think, ok, that didn't work, or I don't like how this is going, so I am going to try and change things. Move on and up.

Examples I guess are children trying a puzzle, not quite getting it right, but trying again. Some just give up. They need to be encourage to try and try again.
Children that don't like losing, need to learn that winning isn't the be all and end all, and that they shouldn't give up. Come back and give it another go.

I hope that helps in some way!!!
