Help SOS cypop 21 1.1

Im so stuck!!!! Been on this since 11pm and its now 2am and Im getting nowhere, so if anyone can help, I will be really really grateful...

Its Cypop 21, 1.1 - Outline the nature of the parent/child relationship at key stages of a child's life in relation to speech, language and communication - from birth to 19 years...
