Hi, generally a portfolio would be a folder that holds a range of documents that contain evidence of the training you've had, the courses you've completed, show how you've kept upto date with best practice and your aspirations for the future xx
eg.
Certificates for .. - Sector endorsed qualifications eg. Level 2, 3, 4, 5 Award, Certificate, NVQ, Diploma
- Health & safety certificates: paedeatric first aid, food hygiene, risk assessment, fire safety
- Workshop & short course experiences: play, behaviour, development, safeguarding, child protection, EY's framework training eg. eyfs
- Where wanted, workplace appraisal documents
- Feedback sheets, handouts from inhouse training days
- Local training opportunities that are currently available - check your local county gov.uk website maybe?
- Personal aspirations for your professional development - the professional interests you have, areas of learning that you'd like to explore
Hth, enjoy the site
