Default personal development plan/CPD

Hi,
Can anyone offer advice on what to put in a personal development plan/CPD portfolio for teaching assistant interview. I have been working voluntary for nearly year along side doing my level 3 teaching assistant course. The job is coming up in class i'm working in and teacher wants me to get job but just have to get through interview. The school like CPD portfolios so if I can create one it will give me the edge over other people (plus teacher will recommend me). So if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated
thanks

Hi, generally a portfolio would be a folder that holds a range of documents that contain evidence of the training you've had, the courses you've completed, show how you've kept upto date with best practice and your aspirations for the future xx

eg.
Certificates for ..
  • Sector endorsed qualifications eg. Level 2, 3, 4, 5 Award, Certificate, NVQ, Diploma
  • Health & safety certificates: paedeatric first aid, food hygiene, risk assessment, fire safety
  • Workshop & short course experiences: play, behaviour, development, safeguarding, child protection, EY's framework training eg. eyfs
  • Where wanted, workplace appraisal documents
  • Feedback sheets, handouts from inhouse training days
  • Local training opportunities that are currently available - check your local county gov.uk website maybe?
  • Personal aspirations for your professional development - the professional interests you have, areas of learning that you'd like to explore
Hth, enjoy the site
