Please help! Struggling!

I am currently working on a safeguarding unit, tda 2.2 in cypwf2, and am really struggling to answer the following question:

" Describe actions to take in response to concerns that a child or young person has been abused, harmed (including self harm) or bullied, or may be at risk of harm, abuse or bullying"

I am just drawing a blank and any help or guidance would be really appreciated, thanks!!!!

I am stuck on "give a description of the action to be taken in response to harming, abusing, or bullying a child or young person" (in the work setting) question I cant find any help on the internet, PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME!!!!
