Default Reflections......help!!!

So far I have been avoiding them, I just don't know how to go about one..... Has anyone got an example of one that they could share with me, it doesn't matter what it is about, I would just love to see an example so I know how to proceed. I would be very grateful for the help as I know once I start them I can get quite a few AC's signed off.
Thank you

Hi
Remind yourself he importance of reflections.
Remember reflective practice is a key principle in underpinning effective early childhood pedagogy or educational practice.
Reflective practice involves educators, whatever their background or setting, closely examining their ethics, philosophy and decision-making processes.
Use these points to look at your work, be brave and question why you did what you did the way you did.
Really think about your own practice....remember the 3 R's, reflection, review and revisit!

Thank you very much for the advice, I think once I have done one the rest will be easier.
