Default SCH32 1.2 (expectations about your own work role as expressed in relevant standards)

Hi there,
I am stuck on SCH32 1.2 (expectations about your own work role as expressed in relevant standards) I am childminder and I have been reading other previous posts on this one but struggling to understand what the are :
the codes of practice
regulations
national occupational
My understanding is national standards suitable person, organisation, equipment
and so on.
codes of practice & regulations- policies and procedures and keeping records

If this is the case where to start, write about my policies and how i keep records or something I've done regarding one of my policies for example health and safety.
Please help and many thanks in advance
