Hi welcome to silkysteps.

It'll help if you can take a look through your setting's exisitng risk assessments, see how they're laid out, what information they contain and ask how they're used.

The 5 steps on HSE are useful reading

Best wishes

you're struggling with it because this is something your assessor should watch you do that way it is incredibly easy! tell her to put it on your plan for her visit and point out to her the piece at the top which says MUST BE OBSERVED!!!

Hi

Have you got Risk Assessments available at work for you to look at?
Have you seen any from your workplace because if you are working in a setting you should have signed them to say that you understand how they work, if not ask to see one or get a copy so that you can study it and see how they work.
If not let me know and i can e-mail you one for you to look at, just message me with your e-mail address

Hope i have been of help

Lynne
