Hi

You must have a policy and procedure within your setting, look at this and break it down and say how you handle complaints.
what happens if a parent complains?
what happens if a staff member complains?
what happens if setting and parent can't reach an agreement on the complaint?
who helps you to come to an agreement?
Is OFSTED involved?

Hope it gives you ideas if you don't have access to a policy let me know and i will put one up for you to look at.

Lynne
