Hi,
This should help to get you started, I have been signed off, so I know it is what they are looking for.

Good communication is essential when dealing with problems and sharing information, however, there are often circumstances where this is not possible.

Reasons for this include,

1. Language Barriers
2. Cultural Differences
3. Children who maybe in a very high emotional state
4. Allowing your own personal opinions and bias to influence a situation
5. Physical disabilities, e.g impairement of sight, blindness, and hearing, deafness
6. Distractions in and around the environment which you are in, e.g noise, activities going on within your surroundings.
