Default Sequence and rate

Hi all, im a bit confused about the sequence and rate part of level3

I have got a Piles chart from my level 2 work which goes from ages 0-19 but
they are not explained, its just points of what the do at what age.

I have also written a bit about sequence and rate and why its important to know the difference but now im wondering have I got to write about the importance of knowing the difference for each PILES topic?

If i have im really stuck because i just cant think what to write
