Hi, could you approach this by examining what your role/position is within the setting and then how important that role is to the day's running, your interactions with the children, with colleagues, with parents, if you didn't who would, and if they didn't who would.
The knowledge you have about positive outcomes, what they are and what they mean, the experiences you have and share and the way you use that information each day provides so many opportunities to influence change within the setting that your role is of the greatest importance.
