Hi - in EYFS the ratios are:
children under 2 : 1 adult for every 3 children
children aged 2: 1 adult for every 4 children
children aged 3 - 5 : 1 adult for every 13 children

I think the EYFS 1 adult - 13 children aged 3-5 is only valid if you are EYPS (Early Years Professional Status) trained for us as practitioners it is 1 adult - 8 children.
