It is planning a activity to challenge a child's abilities to check where they are according to assessment records for example today I had to assess children to see if they could identify colours. I started with the basics blue, green, red and yellow. One of my children was able to do this hands down. My tutor then told me that I now be to evaluate the activity and next time we meet she wants me to plan another activity which will include more colours eg. Pink purple orange and see just how many they can identify if they can identify all colours next step if colour mixing. Hope this helps x
