unit 2.10 outcome 6.1 and 6.2

this is the last part to this unit and I'm having a complete knowledge freeze.
please can anybody give me some pointers?
6.1-identify ways in which own knowledge, understanding and skills in literacy, numeracy and ICT impact on practice.
6.2-identify opportunities to improve own knowledge, understanding and skills in literacy numeracy and ICT.

what do you know about the subject? is it bough? what more do you need to know and how can you get this knowledge? training courses? using the specialist teacher etcetc
