Help SOS CYP3.2 Own Working Practice

Hi,

I am currently attempting outcome 4.1

"Explain how own working practice can affect children and young people's development."

I sat down to write and felt like this was something I could answer easily, have found I am just rambling on and not entirely sure I am answering the question properly! Has anybody got any advice, I would be really grateful! So far I have looked at observation and assessment, communication and multi-agency working.

Thanks

Jasmine x
