Default Eymp5 3.4???

A quick question please.

I have recently been in to see my tutor and was instructed I had got an answer wrong but I have read the question again and can't get my head around it.

Question 3.4
Evaluate the effectiveness of speech, language and communication support for children in own setting.

The answer I put was

At the pre-school we evaluate the work we do by: -
Reflection = we use reflection to look at the work we have done and how we need to improve it, this could be done to add more vocalisation.
We have use recordings = which records us interacting with the children and how they respond to us. It allows us to play and repeat conversations to see if we need to improve any of our ways or to offer more support to the child.
Questionnaires = we send out a questionnaire to parents asking them if they feel we need to help their child in any other ways including more communication or language work.
Learning from each other = we watch each other and if we feel that something needs changing we can bring the subject up at staff meetings (not mentioning anyone’s name).

She told me this was wrong and that I needed to put about posters, story time, labels etc

Please can anyone help

you are reflecting on your delivery and content not on the effectiveness of it. do the children learn do they enjoy it can you see changes or not?
evaluate is to measure how do you do this
