I'm unsure on this one...

What routes could my career take from my current job role ( I'm a pre-school Assistant)

and

What do i personally need to help me progress ?

work, experience is the single most important thing other than the level 3. make a file keep all your training in there BUT dont just stick certs in reflect on each piece of training, just a paragraph to show how you will apply it. read, a lot, so that when youre interviewed you can demonstrate a clear knowledge of current issues. apply for jobs youre not really keen on and get interview experience, this will help when theres one you really want.

Hi Tutu.. I'm not looking for a new job, i already have one (pre-school assistant) but i have a question to answer as to what routes my career could take from my current job role :-) I'm unsure as to what i could go on and do next. x

I have to describe the routes my career could take.
