Default Unit 203 confidentiality

I'm doing an assignment on confidentiality, data protection and have 3 criteria's to fill in but they all seem to ask the same thing. eg
Give brief examples of the kinds of situations when confidentiality protocols must be breached! and the next criteria is: Describe the principles and boundaries of confidentiality and when to share information!.
Answer for both criterias is that they should only be breached if there is any kind of abuse, bullying and a medical emergency.

can anyone enlighten me some please?????
