i think so i asked my manager and i then put that information is covered by data protection and only passes on to the revelant services such as cssiw/social services if the child is at risk although cssiw can ask to see the information at any time. This applies to information on staff as well .Parents can ask to see any information such as observations that we do on their children at any time as well but only on their child.Only staff who care for the child is told any personal information. Ihope it will be ok
