Ask her what she means by it.
Does she mean that you are writing of subjects/activities but you are not personalising them?
Such as you might write .....when a setting has a sen child they adapt or change equipment and resources to meet that child's needs instead of writing ....when a sen child joins our setting I help to re-evaluate, adapt or change/provide activities that I feel will help that child access that activity and then give an example and say such as..... if I have a sen child who is hard of hearing, I try to include them at music sessions by singing songs that have actions and you may add that you are considering learning makaton or British sign language or getting an outreach worker in for advice etc
I'm not saying this is it - don't forget I'm guessing, because I haven't asked you, just as you haven't asked her.
I'd ask. I know it's hard when they (the assessor) are bombarding you with feedback and what they want next from you, but I'm sure they won't mind you ringing, texting or emailing to clarify this point. She could have made that a bit clearer - but we all forget at times that people can't read our minds.
