food has a spiritual significance within some cultures, religions and ethnic groups,eg christians may give up food for lent ,jews may not eat pork or shellfish, rastafarians may be vegetarian, muslims may not eat pork, dont forget to put about vegetarians and vegan diets and about allergies to foods and that some children may need to eat at certain times of the day as they may take medication.some may not be able to drink cows milketc you should have a list displayed in the kitchen.hope this helps
