hi evryone i am new to this site so hopefully someone can help me please

the question is how would you apdtap the way you communicate in these situation?

parent who is unable to read
adult who is hearing is imparired
parent who first lanuage is not english

many thanks

unit 301 is on devlop and promote positive relationship

also what sort of thing can u do on reflecting accounts i haven't started doing them but i need to

the best way to adapt is in a nursery setting you can train a member of staff or employ a new member of staff to help these people. have visual aids around the setting, speak slowly and clearly, use eye contact and hand gestures. Hope this helps

Unit 304 i think is all about reflections so when you get there your'll do some also your assessor will ask you to reflect on some of your experiances.

I aint even completed mine yet so do dont quote me on anything lol
