These are all performance criteria which are much more easily discussed/evidenced in conversation with your assessor, do you know when they hope to come & visit you?
To help out can you try to think about the ways you do things in your setting ..
301.3.1 is: Support children in developing agreements about ways of behaving, according to the requirements of the setting or service.
How do you chat about behaving - hitting each other, pushing, kicking, throwing things? do you display information/posters that help remind children about the things they've agreed is and isn't acceptable behaviour?
for 3. how do you support children who've been upset by others? do you listen to them, do you try to understand what happened, comfort, reassure them, support them by making sure they know you're always available, try to resolve any issues?
4. resolving conflict between themselves - as an example how would you help Children to sort out a sharing, snatching or pushing in conflict?
