Hi a warm welcome to the site. This refers to what you can and can't do in the setting - limitiations. You job description, staff handbook and the setting's policies & procedures should help you find out about this.
eg. do you report incidents and health hazards, is it your job to record them, do you have permission to remove the incident reports from the storage, would you take those files home, who would and wouldn't you share this information with?
