Help SOS 403.3. Explain the benefits of multi-agency approach

Have a blank with this one and help would be appreciated. Also list the different agencies that are available for the referral of children include physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and creativiity.

I wrote about all the different agencies that we use in our local authority (Early Years Advisors, Area SENCO's, Educational Psychologists, Portage, Educational Support Services, Behaviour Support Team, Community Paeditrician, Child Development Services, Speech & Language, DEMA (Diversity & ethnic Minority Achievement,), Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologiests, Social Worker/Family Support Worker, Child & Family Consultation Service).

These are what we have as a support network in the area where I live - it may well be different for you. I just wrote about what they all did. Then I ied it all up by talking about "Team around the Child" and the advantages of having all these different people getting together to bring their knowledge about a child.

I wrote 4 A4 sheets

Hope that helps
