Help SOS Forest School

Hi all, I have a dilemma. I have been asked if I want to 'do' Forest School at the setting I work in. I have an interest in the forest and being outside and believe greatly that the children benefit from learning in a natural environment away from 'indoor' distractions.

I am undecided, as the setting I work in, I feel, isn't that good at organising and leading and letting staff go with the flow, they are held back for whatever reasons come up.
I don't really know what is involved and how much free reign management would let me have.

Any advice on this would be muchly appreciated lol

Explain how to draw up and record a support plan which will benefit the young person and which secures a commitment from those working with them to ensure tackling anti-social behaviour and/or criminal activities.

Please can anyone help?? Many thanks Juls
