Default Level 3 /nvq

Please can someone give me some ideas.I am writing a report on how early dection of a speech,language problem is ideal.One bit i am stuck on is
Analyse the importance of early identification of the potential riskes of late recognition to speech,language and communcation delays and disorders I have search and search the internet and read all my books,and still none the wiser.
Any help would be great
