A warm welcome and congratulations on the new adventure!

Familiarising yourself with the level 2 handbook, its index, acronyms and the suggested sources for more information will help.

It would be good to contact your course provider or check their website to see which book matches your specific course.

If you're in England you can find the level 2 childcare handbook on amazon or you may find the CYPW level 2 handbook relevant.

Best wishes, look forward to hearing how things go xx

If they're a college they might have a loan system which would be great.

If you're in a job already or have a work placement where you're already familiar maybe ask for copies of the policies and procedures to read?

Best wishes

You're very welcome. Another good head start is knowing your home nation's early years framework inside out :) if you're in England it'll be EYFS 2014

All frameworks and links can be found here
