The early years sector.

Please help im stuck on 2 questions which are..

Identify and explain the impact of the current influences on the early years sector. you should include

1) Current research
2) Social and economic influences

The other ones I have answered I'm just struggling on these two.

In question two i Have already wrote about social and poverty, i need to include "family work patterns" but not sure how to go about it. any help would be great. :)

is this about how more parents have to work so mor childcare is needed also different shift patterns such as nights or early mornings so providors of childcare provising late hours etc
