influences are

before birth smoking and drug taking ,genetic information as dna health problems ,maternal infections as rubella.premature birth and a baby not breathing when born.

after birth
health , parents and other adults influences on children, family circumstances like unemployment or family illness causing stress,discrimination of race religion ,sexual orientation etc,oppertunities for play stimulation and exercise and diet .

I hope theses ideas help
