no it doesnt. it means you need to demonstrate a knowledge of the national standards set my our sector skills council and the cwdc. these are national standards which every course should train to and every setting and practitioner should work to they are the basis of all out practice along with the eyfs

you need to take some and connect them to your practice showing you understand it and how you implement it.
