Default Physical activities - ideas for moving forward children's learning, supporting and extending individual needs

Hi just ondering if anyone could give me some ideas on this please.

I have to plan a small group activity whhich will take place in a p.e lesson. I need to plan it so it helps children move forward in their learning and support and extends learnign and individual needs.

Can anyone recomend some bit that I can look into doing that will help with the above?
