Hi, could anyone help me with this question please? I am really stuck! Thanks

Thinking about your own practice of promoting equality, inclusion and diversity within the setting, identify aspects that present you with difficulty and challenge

Also stuck on what to write for this question:
Over night care - what does this type of setting offer and how it reflects the purpose of the childcare sector?

Hi, for the first you could look at these to see if they present difficulties for you to over come ..

Do you have a faith/religion or set of beliefs and values that you might find hard to overcome when considering an opposing view? Would this impact on your practice ie. how inclusive you feel you're capable of being, how aware of the benefits of diversity and equality are you?

Does your background, personal choices, culture or upbringing cause problems in understanding others perspective on things?

Do you have difficulty recognising and challenging discrimination, prejudice and bias?

What aspirations, hopes and aims do you have for yourself, family and how do you feel about others hopes?

Overnight care might be a service you offer if you're a childminder, foster carer, staff in a residential home or establishment offering respite breaks. Depending on the service you offer this search might be useful - overnight care

Consider how your specific service assists parents and carers and reflects the purpose of the childcare sector - principles & vlaues

Best wishes
