Hi, can anyone help the question is , the use of quality monitoring in maintaining standards? does this mean how we monotor all the time to keep up to date and keep standards high my assesor coming tomorrow and head banging

i think if it in terms of monitoring my staff and the delivery of the service. organising 360 obs and peer to peer support and ensuring that staff are well trained and able to use different sorts of obs for example. using a system to ensure the quality of the admin and using tools like parent committees staff meetings etc. all monitoring tools.
