How do you manage the preparation time needed for an upcoming inspection/visit ?

Do you take full responsibility for checking over requirements or delegate and communicate closely with other staff members?

we have routines in place for checking things all the time
as ofsted just turned up last time, beginning of each half term everything has a quick going over!
