General question when writing up work how do you picture your working environment?

this might sound like a stupid question but when you are writing your answers what perspective do you put yourself in? you see,im writing about helping children make smooth transitions in 303 but the info that i find isnt relly what i would be doing as a classroom assistant......it would be more the teaachers responsibility would it not? im getting confused lol

you write as you no one else and no one else's role and any good TA would be fully immersed in supporting the transition.

ive asked the headmaster can i move to the nursery instead.any1 can sit and help a child with their work but for me to understand what im writing on paper i think i need to be with younger children, its a whole different environment.i need the experience,if i were to end up applying for a job as a key worker rather than classroom assistant,i wouldnt know where to start with planning and acually being in charge!
