activity planner here, many of the work products you'll collect will be the formats that your setting or placement already have in place eg. observation sheets, policies & procedures,
professional development plans and
self appraisals, incident & injury recording sheets.
If you're still unsure please get in touch with your course provider, it's their duty to support you through this and will be able to offer you advice on the type of evidence they're expecting you to produce xx
