Help SOS Support young people with mental health problems

Really struggling with outcome 3:
Describe statutory and legal frameworks for protecting young people with mental health problems
And
Explain how to work in partnership with families parents carers or significant others in a way that balances the rights and interests of these young people against any limitations required for their protection , please help!!
